ROULADE - my english breakfast version!!!


Better known as SWISS ROLL




This is better known as Swiss roll. Discovered in the 19th century has its origin from middle europe!!! It is a ideal english breakfast or tea snack. 




The cake is made up of flour sugar and eggs and rolled up filled with a filling of ones choice. its then cut into slices..








It reminds me of holidays at my paternal grandfathers place.
  We still have  a proper English breakfast whenever we go 
there... porridge, toast, marmalade, egg(whatever way we 
liked it) followed by tea/ milk(for the kiddies)



It one of the most tastiest thing that is so easy to make!!!! i 
love the fact that you can put all sort of filling... the variety is 
endless!!!!
